Dear Seagull students, families, and alumni,

Welcome to Everett High School—the School of Champions!

Everett High School has a long and rich history, a deep connection to our community, and tremendous pride in the people who make EHS such a special place. Our students, families, staff, alumni, and community partners share a commitment to our mission to “collectively ensure each student learns and grows at high levels.”

This year, we are bringing that commitment to life through a simple message:

ALL IN means we each have a role in the success of our students and our school. We show up, engage, support one another, and work together toward big goals.

ALL GULLS means everyone belongs at Everett High School. Every person brings experiences, strengths, perspectives, and a story that adds to who we are as a community. We want every student and adult to know they are valued, seen, heard, and an important part of EHS.

And we make that commitment every day. Every interaction is an opportunity to help someone learn, grow, connect, and feel a greater sense of belonging.

Families and community members are essential partners in this work. We invite you to stay connected to your student's learning, ask about their day, check their progress, and reach out to staff when you have questions or concerns. We also hope you will be an active part of our school community through PTSA, Blue & Gold Club, booster clubs, Natural Leaders, volunteering, and the many activities, performances, athletic events, celebrations, and opportunities that bring Seagulls together.

We also want our students and families to have a voice in the future of Everett High School. As we continue working toward our school improvement goals, we will seek opportunities to listen, learn from one another, and ensure the experiences and perspectives of our community help shape our work.

At Everett High School, belonging is more than being invited through the door. It means knowing you matter, your story matters, and your success matters.
