Transcripts

College transcript requests can be submitted by logging into Naviance.  

Follow the step-by-step instructions for current students video to submit your transcript request.

Your school’s registrar or school counselor will process college transcript requests based on your application type.  (Direct to college or Common App) 

Former students can request transcripts by completing the Everett Public Schools – Alumni Transcript Request Form to submit the request.

Requests will be reviewed, and an email response sent within 48–72 hours.

Students who need unofficial transcripts for auto insurance, driver permits, scholarships, or other purposes. 

Email the ehstranscript@everettsd.org   from your student email account and include your student ID. 

*Please allow 48-72 hours for processing. 

Add or remove middle school credits to high transcript

Students and families can request eligible courses to be removed from their high school transcript by emailing  ehstranscript@everettsd.org to request the Middle School Credit Form. 

Include student’s full name and student ID  

Eligible courses can be removed prior to the end of the student’s 11^th grade school year.
